Amberscript is a fast-growing company that makes audio more accessible worldwide every day. Their combination of artificial and human intelligence brings organisations perfect translation of transcripts, captions and subtitles.
Challenge:
Amberscript, which was only formed in 2017, are a market leader. Within the first five years of operation, they have partnered with some of the biggest brands, including Disney, Netflix and Givenchy Paris.
To ensure their organisation’s growth continued, Amberscript wanted to expand its leadership team so that it had a team that could look at the bigger picture whilst still executing core business activities hands-on.
Solution:
After working on multiple leadership hires together, Amberscript partnered with Innovex to hire a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
It was important for Amberscript that Innovex found a CFO candidate with the skill, experience and capabilities to build a team that can support their ambitious growth plans, lead transformation projects and optimise current financial processes and operations.

The interview rounds with the Amberscript team then began. During this process, Collette and Jake took the time to prep each candidate and provide constant feedback to both parties. They were always on hand to assist Amberscript during their decision-making process to ensure they had all the information and market insight available when making their hiring decision.
Once all interview rounds were completed a preferred candidate was offered the CFO role at Amberscript and instantly accepted the position.
