Situation:
Keyloop is a leading global supplier of digital solutions within the Automotive industry. They use their platform to connect Retailers, OEMs, Partners, and Consumers to create a buying experience designed to increase customer service and dealer profits.
Challenge:
Since 2021, Keyloop has exceeded its growth plans through its acquisition activity. In the past two years alone, Keyloop has acquired over five leading global businesses from automotive suppliers, retailing platforms and management solution companies, including enquiryMAX, MotorDocs, SilverBullet and more.
Solution:
To manage this growth, Keyloop required a Global Head of Project Management Office (PMO) to lead and drive the delivery of their customer’s projects across their core operating industries. This role will allow the opportunity to maximise customer service and manage the project leaders in the professional service team to ensure results are delivered.
Keyloop’s Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Elizabeth Matthews, met with Innovex’s CEO and Founder, Jake Parish, where he presented an eight-step strategy for a successful Global Head of PMO candidate delivery. Within this strategy, Jake committed to providing a shortlist of candidates within four weeks of beginning the search.
Outcome
Jake Parish partnered with our Delivery Lead, Collette Griffin, to run this search.
Collette identified over 70 candidates and undertook an in-depth four-round interview process. When launching the interview process, Collette and Jake ensured a high level of service for both Keyloop and our identified candidates, providing both sides with regular updates and detailed feedback and always being available for queries.
Fourteen days after beginning the search, a shortlist was presented to Keyloop. After a final interview, Sarah Porter was offered the Global Head of Project Management Office role, and she instantly accepted the position.
We are looking forward to following Sarah on her new journey with Keyloop.
